Real Club de Polo

Following an all-conquering year in Spanish competition, Polo will be gunning for their first medal in the Euro Hockey League after an encouraging run in 2013/14. That included big wins over English pair Reading and Surbiton - a large factor in Spain winning back a third berth in the competition - while they were only eliminated on penalties by eventual finalists Oranje Zwart. 

Alex Casasayas, Salva Piera, Roger Padrós, Manel Terraza, David Alegre, Ramon Alegre and Xavi Lleonart were all part of the Spanish World Cup squad. RC Polo teams have always been competitive in the EHL, with the best achievement being a fourth place finish in the 2009-2010 season.
